How long is the quotation/feedback time?

Most enquiries can be answered in 12-24 hours(workday), but not over 48 hours(workday).

Final payment terms will be agreed and stated in the contract.


After payment is received and confirmed, we will ship the product by EMS, DHL or FedEx. 

If the goods is not in stock, the lead time will be confirmed before order. 

How to get a refund?

Terms and Conditions of Refund:

A. Proof of MOFchem being the responsible party for the error.

B. Proof of the disqualified product (must be claimed within 3 days upon arrival).

The refund amount will be transferred to your account and can be used for your next order. If you need to apply for refund, please contact with our sales contacted with you.
